Question 1

Why not book the trips internally?

Accepted Answer

Many owners do. The booking itself is the simpler portion of the work. What takes time is identifying the right routing, comparing fares across days, and ensuring each trip captures the rewards available to your business. That is the portion we take on.

Question 2

How are you different from a corporate travel agency?

Accepted Answer

Corporate travel agencies are structured for organizations with hundreds of travelers and a dedicated procurement function. Our practice serves smaller companies, with closer account management and substantive attention to loyalty and rewards programs. That category is not typically covered by corporate agencies.

Question 3

How do you charge for business travel management?

Accepted Answer

Monthly retainer for ongoing travel, flat fees for individual trips, and project pricing for points-strategy work. A written quote is provided after the introductory call, and invoicing is transparent throughout.

Question 4

Our team already holds airline status. Is this still useful?

Accepted Answer

Generally yes. Existing status provides a stronger foundation. We review what is active, what is approaching expiration, and where additional programs or status-match opportunities could complement what your team already holds.

Question 5

Do you handle last-minute business travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An expedited service fee applies to trips inside 48 hours of departure. The fee is communicated in advance and confirmed before any work begins.

Question 6

Is StrimkoTrips a booking platform or software product?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a service, not a platform. You work with the same team across every engagement, and we maintain a record of your travel preferences so the same details are not collected again with each booking.
